📋 GENERAL INFO

■ As the artist, I have the right to claim the commissioned artwork and promote it on my various social media platforms, portfolios, etc., while prominently displaying my watermark.■ You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished art I have made without permission.■ References are appreciated, but not required. However if no references are provided for a complex design, additional fees may be included. References could be any kind of media you like: pictures, character sheets, sketches.■ For commercial purposes (aka. merchandise, games) there is an extra charge of the 50% of the artwork full price. Things like emotes, icons, profile pictures are ok.■ Please credit me as the artist whenever you share or post the completed commission. (@nanndama on twitter and most of my social media).■ I have the right to 🚫refuse commissions🚫 that I don’t feel comfortable with.DON'TS

💸PAYMENTS

■ Full payment is required before starting before starting on the sketch. You could also do split or partial payment first before the sketch and then pay the rest after the sketch is approved. Other payment plans can be discussed as well.■ No refunds unless the following: 1. Cancelation before sketch is finished, half refund. 2. Cancelation on my part, full refund.■ I have the right to share you commission on stream/social media. Please let me know if you want to keep it private, this will have a 15% fee.■ Multiple characters: The price for adding a second character is +50%, from then on its an +30% for each more.

⏳PROCESS

■ After the sketch is approved, give me 4-14 days to finish your commission. The time may vary depending on factors such as health, commission queue, personal/family matter, if this were the case I will communicate with you for an extension.■ A rush fee can be paid to speed along and prioritize your commission (40%).■ The sketch include as many revisions as it need, but after its approved only 3 minors corrections are allowed without fee (simple accessories, expression, slight color changes). Fees could be from$15 to $50.■ Completely different changes, example the pose or location, are not allowed after the rendering have started.■ The final piece will be delivered via email or discord with a wetransfer link.I don't mind at all if you message me for updates whenever you want, but please be patient and keep in mind I wont be working on your piece 24/7.
